Frequently asked questions
Are dogs walked on or off lead?
Dogs are walked on lead unless prior permission has been given and it is safe and appropriate to do otherwise. Safety, environment and recall ability are always carefully considered.
Can you walk nervous or anxious dogs?
Yes. I specialise in calm, enrichment-led walks and take a patient, structured approach to help nervous or less confident dogs feel secure and supported.
Do you walk puppies or older dogs?
Absolutely. Walks are tailored to suit age, ability and energy level — whether that’s gentle confidence-building for a puppy or a slower paced stroll for a senior dog.
Do I need to be home for pick up and drop off?
No — we can arrange secure key access during the meet and greet to ensure everything is safe and straightforward.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured while your dog is in my care.
I have more than one dog, can you walk them together?
Yes, where suitable. This is discussed during the meet and greet to ensure each dog’s safety, walking style and enrichment needs are fully considered.
Do you offer one offs or regular walks?
Yes - I offer both one-off bookings and regular ongoing walks, depending on what suits you and your dog.
Still have questions?
If you’d like to discuss your dog’s needs or see if we’re the right fit, feel free to get in touch. I’m always happy to chat through routines, behaviour or enrichment support.
